                                                 STOCK CHANGES AND UPDATES

 

 

           All drawings and verbiage within the plans will be updated to show all changes.

 

 

 

 

All new elevator bolts now sold by the All American are now silver or zinc coated. If you can’t purchase these locally you may use black elevator bolts also.

 

 

 

S-3 Weights: All non-adjustable weight bolts will be 3”x 5/16” elevator bolts. The adjustable weight bolts will 6”x‘5/16” carriage attached to the top of floorboard with 5/16” washer ant nut.

 

S-4 Axles: b. Remove (exception-particle floorboard). This floorboard is no longer permitted.

 

S-5 Lettering and Decorations:  The shell may be covered with decals, lettering or felt –tip markers as specified in the next sentence.

 

S-6 Prohibited Assembly: Add. J. Do not sand machine marking off the edge of the floorboard or bevel or round the edges of the floorboard.

 

 

                                                STOCK DIVISION ADJUSTMENT

                                             

 

2.  Add, The 6”carriage weight bolt, nut and washers and wing nut supplied with the kit    Must be installed per plan.

 

            13. Add (cannot be drilled).

 

            14. Delete the mention of the particleboard floorboard. Not permitted in 2005.

 

          

            STEP 1: FLOORBOARD

           

            2. Add shim with a water base wood putty.

         

            3. Delete sentence.

 

 

            STEP 2:FLOORBOARD

 

            2 Add, The foot brace new dimensions are 1 5/16” x 1 ˝” x 3”.

    

 

            STEP 5:MOUNTING STEERNG AND BRAKE

            STEP 6: Steering and Axles

 

            Page 9:  Figure 5.3 is the correct drawings for installing awning pulley. Under drawings will                                  

State, Install AA Pulley And Bushing Per Drawing.

 

 

            Steering

 

            1. Add, on the steering/brake assembly you may add 2 additional N washers to any or all                of the 4 pulleys you may use in the setup of your steering.

 

 4. Fig. 6.5 and 6.5A&B are the only allowable options to running the steering cables.

 

Figure 6.4:  Safety wire is no longer needed when using the two stop nuts on the steering turnbuckles.

 

Figure 6.5 A&B  Are the only Optional Pulley Configurations.

 

Figure 6.6 plate shown in drawing is the steering/brake assembly.  Also to added to drawing is the wording, Two additional N washers may installed to raise any of the 4 pulleys on the steering/brake assembly.

 

 

STEP 8: WEIGHT

 

1. Add Carriage after 5/16”.

 

      

      STEP 9: FINAL ASSEMBLY

  

     2. Add, An additional screw and washer will be installed through the shell into the into the  

floorboard in the center of the nose.
